We demonstrated a compact 3-axis tactile sensor capable of directly measuring and decoupling normal (Fz) and shear (Fx, Fy) forces with wide bandwidth (DC to >10KHz) and adjustable dynamic range (0.02N to 100N). Arrays are coming soon.
